Please kindly read through our refund policy as this is binding to all users of this platform who make purchase of our products and services.

We can only refund your money if any the following occurs;

• If the items you ordered for is out of stock (note an item may be out of stock without our notice)
• When you are given a totally different product other than what you ordered for (in this case, you will return the products to us and you will bear the shipping cost for returning the product to us.

All refund of cash or payment to customers attracts a fee of 5% of the total amount the customer paid on the goods. Refund of payment for getting a different product requires that the customer bears the shipping cost, meaning, the cost of the shipping fee will be deducted from the money to be refunded.

Our refund of payment may take up to 7-10 working days from the time you return the said product, or from the time we receive payments for goods that are out of stock.

Note: if you order products that inventories were not updated to be out of stock, we will not be held responsible. And such orders will be classified under out of stock orders. And the refund policy for goods out of stock will be made applicable to this type as well
